For over two decades, alongside his painting practice, Rodolfo Oviedo Vega has founded, directed, and curated cultural institutions, artist residencies, exhibitions, and international cultural programs across Latin America and France. President, Jour et Nuit Culture, Paris, since 2013 (founded the association in 2010). 806 artists hosted, 192 events organized, 25,000+ visitors (2013 to 2025).

Curated the CCI's participation in FotoSeptiembre (Sept 26 to Oct 6), presenting French photographer Vincent Rosenblatt's work on Rio de Janeiro's funk baile scene, coordinated with the French Embassy in Panama.

Launched CCI's Coart-Lab, a 130 m² co-working space for artists, designers, digital artists, architects, and young entrepreneurs.

Launched a community garden network and composting program for local schools and residents.

Launched Talleres de Capacitación, vocational and social-inclusion workshops for at-risk youth, ethnic minorities, single-parent families, and women.

Launched weekly children's art workshops for the Santa Ana neighborhood; hosted the Guna Music School (20 adults, 14 children, led by Prof. Evelio Calvo) and a rehearsal residency for the folk ensemble Panamá Danzas Hoy (founded over 40 years ago, creators of the first World Folklore Festival in 1999 for the Panama Canal reversion).

Founded and directed the Centro Cultural Internacional (CCI) and Teatro Variedades, Casco Antiguo, Panama City, through 2022, financed by the CD&P investment fund. Conceived as a multidisciplinary space for collective creation, supporting local and international artistic production.
